OwnYourStay is a South African hospitality growth partner helping luxury villas, guesthouses and boutique hotels own their digital presence and win direct bookings. We are currently selecting exactly three founding partner properties to work with closely during our early period.

Owners and operators of visually exceptional properties anywhere in South Africa, who value presentation, care about their guests, and want more control over how their property is found and booked. You do not need to be technical; you do need to be responsive and willing to collaborate.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Founding partners still pay the agreed setup fee and monthly retainer. The founding part is the terms: pricing below our standard rates, fixed for the first year, with scope agreed in writing before anything starts.
Why are you selecting only three?
We are early, and a small number of projects means every property gets real, hands-on attention. In exchange, founding partners help us build genuine experience and, where they agree to share the numbers, permissioned case studies.
How does selection work?
Apply by phone, email or the enquiry form with a short note about your property. We review applications in the order they arrive, hold a short call, and send a written scope. Places close as partners sign, and the counter is updated by hand as that happens.
Do you promise results?
No. We never guarantee bookings or revenue. What we commit to is defined deliverables, honest reporting on what the data shows, and terms agreed in writing.
